I am a Ukrainian attorney-at-law and registered trademark attorney with a particular focus on trademark law, including trademark protection and enforcement strategic advice, prosecution, mitigating contractual risks in cross-border IP transactions, brand enforcement and litigation, domain name disputes, IP due diligence.

I have acted for world-known companies in a number of complicated IP matters across the FMCG, Life Science and Healthcare, Agrochemicals, IT and TMT industries and always focus on the business and legal interests of my clients.
