Joined Katzarov in 1991
Earned her Degree in Law from the University of Geneva in 1991 and joined KATZAROV as Swiss Trademark Attorney the same year. She deals with the prosecution, defense, enforcement and other legal aspects of Swiss and foreign trademark matters, with a special focus in the successor states of the former Soviet Union and former Yugoslavia. Milana Pantelic represents both domestic and foreign clients at the Swiss Federal Institute of Intellectual Property and the World International Property organization (WIPO) and has developed a deep knowledge and extensive experience in opposition procedures in Switzerland and abroad. She handles large portfolios and assists clients in the development, implementation and management of trademark protection strategies. Co-editor of Katzarov's Manual on Industrial Property, Milana Pantelic is member of INTA and AIPPI. Bilingual in French and Serbian, she is fluent in English and has an intermediate knowledge of German and Italian.
