Eric Noël
“Industrial Property Attorney specialized in trademarks, designs as well as domain names and unfair competition issues. Further to a four-year experience in a major law firm based in Brussels, I joined Katzarov in 2001.
Enjoying a very expansive international practice with clients and cases spanning all over the world, I have a wide breadth of practice that includes, intellectual property acquisition, portfolio management, licensing, counseling, trademark prosecution, and business transactions related to intellectual property.
I represent local and international clients from diverse industries both in Switzerland (before the WIPO, the Swiss Federal IP Institute, and the Swiss Federal Administrative Tribunal).
I have developed a close collaboration with Swiss incubators. Both as Attorney and Mentor, I assist local start-ups in securing breakthrough innovations.
I also regularly act as NGO representative and lobbyist at WIPO.
I am also a member of the Examination Board in charge of the Swiss Patent Attorney qualifying exam.”
