Hobbies & Personal information

Animal lover and gaga of her dog Mojo, voted the cutest unidentified hound of the year (the dog, not Julie); interested in architecture and interior design but prefers to treat herself with landscapes; quit smoking after 10 years of happiness; cooks dishes that do not exist.

“I have been trained in French, European and international law. I started working as an intern in a major French intellectual property law firm. I then joined WIPO, first in the legal department of industrial designs, then in the international trademark examination section. At Katzarov since 2016, I am now specialized in Swiss trademark and design law and procedure, which I also practice internationally. I am involved at various levels, from the establishment of filing strategies to the defense of intellectual property rights, including the procedural aspects of establishing rights. I also deal with domain name protection, including UDRP procedures, as well as customs protection and actions. In addition, I am responsible for the company’s Designs division. I represent our clients before the Swiss Federal Institute of Intellectual Property as well as before the World Intellectual Property Organization.”
