Fan of Volleyball; practices Pilates, hiking and walking; also a fan of Cinema (mostly thrillers) and TV series; keen on visiting Castles and ancient village sites; Trained in Flowers Therapy (Bach Flowers), solves emotional issues for people and pets with flowers’ essential oil.
“Since 2003 I have been authorized as a Trademark and Design Attorney to represent clients before the EUIPO (European Trademark and Design Office). I am also a Swiss and French trademark and design attorney authorized to act on behalf of clients directly before the respective Offices, as well as before the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO).
I am also competent in trademark and design litigation, in the management and valuation of trademark portfolios, in filing strategies and in the defense of clients’ rights.
During my career (which started in 1992), I have worked for 18 years in multinational companies for consumer products in many industrial sectors (Food & Beverage, Spirits, Disposables, Luxury Goods, Energy…). Among other things, I managed the Intellectual Property department of a multinational company and acted as senior legal counsel in other companies. I have also worked for 2 years in Industrial Property firms in Switzerland (2019/2020) and France (2013).
Finally, I am very familiar with the field of Bio as I created and managed my own company for 3 years (2009 to 2012).
