Joined Katzarov in 2011
Completed two years of studies in the Law faculty of the National Technical University of Ukraine and earned her Bachelor’s degree in Swiss Law and Master’s degree in International and European Law from the University of Geneva in 2008. During her studies and after graduation she worked until 2010 at the International Labour Office and collaborated with the Council of Europe. Later, in 2011, she graduated from the Munich Intellectual Property Law Centre with an LL.M. degree in IP and Competition Law. With KATZAROV since 2011, she specializes in both Swiss and international trademark law and practice, as well as domain name protection issues (including UDRP proceedings), particularly in the successor states of the former Soviet Union. She is a member of INTA and AIPPI. Of Ukrainian and Russian mother tongue, she is fluent in English, French and Spanish and has an intermediate knowledge of German and Italian.
