SINGA is a non-profit organization in Switzerland that empowers individuals with refugee and migrant backgrounds by equipping them with entrepreneurial skills and professional networks, fostering an inclusive society where everyone can reach their full potential.
Katzarov Prize Winner: Nicol Zevallos Ackermann
A special congratulations to Nicol Zevallos Ackermann, a founder of Ashka, for winning our prize. Ashka is a sustainable fashion concept store in Bern, Switzerland, dedicated to slow fashion and empowering vulnerable women by creating ethical job opportunities. Their commitment to sustainability and conscious consumption through high-quality, versatile clothing made from natural and recycled materials sourced from Peru and low-income countries, is truly remarkable.
