Hobbies & Personal information

Fan of outdoor leisure and endurance sports like cycling, hiking and ski touring; passionate of gardens and gardening; always open to good movies, art exhibitions (mostly photographs) and dance shows.

I started my career in Intellectual Property in 1993. I am a Trademark and Design Attorney authorized to act on behalf of clients directly before the Offices of the European Union, Switzerland, as well as the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO).

My initial experience was with IP law firms in Paris, where I acquired and developed high level skills in all the fields of trademark and design matters.

I then joined one of the main multinational groups in the field of luxury goods. As a Lead Advisor, I was in charge of several Maisons within the group and played a management role within the IP Department. Working in close collaboration with marketing, communications, design, research and development departments and the companies’ top management, I have developed a strategic and business-oriented approach with regard to IP issues. Through frequent contact with external IP law firms, I have identified the needs and constraints of an international in-house IP Department and what services should be proposed by these IP law firms to be really useful to clients.

After the successful launch of my own IP law firm IP BOARD in France, I had the opportunity to join KATZAROV with the aim to propose to our clients a broader offer of business-oriented services in Switzerland, France, in the European Union and abroad”.
