“With Katzarov since 2008, my experience includes handling all aspects of trademark prosecution and maintenance with the Swiss Trademark Office and WIPO, as well as maintaining, docketing, preparing and filing of applications, related documents and post registration documents.

I am also regularly conducting trademark screening searches and analyze results with respect to the availability of marks for use and/or registration. I coordinate and monitor the filing and maintenance of international trademark applications and registrations, including maintaining files, docketing, analyzing watch notices, reviewing correspondence from foreign counsel, drafting responses, and gathering and providing foreign counsel with information/documentation necessary to prosecute/maintain trademark applications and registrations.”
