Katzarov & FONGIT Host IP Workshop at Campus Biotech

On March 11, our team had the pleasure of partnering with FONGIT for an insightful Intellectual Property workshop at Campus Biotech, Geneva.

Through a case study reflecting the main IP challenges arising in pharma and medtech industries, we explored essential IP protections – including patents, trademarks, designs, copyrights, and trade secrets to help participants strategically manage their IP and align it with their startup’s goals.

Participants engaged in thought-provoking discussions, exchanging valuable experiences and tackling real challenges in protecting innovation.

🔹 Sophie Künzi, European Patent Attorney at Katzarov, focusing on patent drafting and prosecution, patent oppositions, freedom-to-operate assessments, business- and technology-oriented IP strategies, IP due diligence, IP contracting, guidance to projects, and IP training in biotech, pharma, and foodtech industries.
